• How do I pay for my order?

You can pay your order using Net Banking. We also provide Cash on Delivery payment option in most pin codes across India. You may receive a confirmation call from us when you place an order using COD method.

  • What should I do if my payment doesn’t get through or fails?

  • Do I have to pay shipping charges?

Shipping is free in India for all orders above Rs 2500. Anything of  lesser value will charged.

  • Can I get my order delivered faster?

We charge an additional INR 200 for faster delivery.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship do ship to some countries also but shipping charges are supposed to be paid according to weight. Mail us at contact@nayantdecor.com to know the charges.

  • When will I receive the ordered products?
  • We process all orders within 3 to 5 working days and ship them through trusted and reputable courier companies. We try to deliver the products within 10 to 12 working days as all the products are handcrafted by designers and need time for quality and perfection. NAYANT DÉCOR is not responsible for service transit time. Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control (“Force Majeure Event”) including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transportation due to weather conditions and strikes. Estimated time for delivery during festival and sale season is 20 to 25 working days.
  • Why have I received only a part of my order?

Based on availability and finished time of products, we may send you a partial order shipment. We will inform you in such cases and will try to fulfill the remaining order at the earliest.


  • How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

You will get an order confirmation email shortly after you place the order. If you do not get the order confirmation email, please get in touch with us immediately at contact@nayantdecor.com.

  • How can I track my order?

You would also get a confirmation email when your order is shipped with the order tracking details.

  • How do I check the status of my order?

Login to your account on www.nayantdecor.com .Go to My Account and head over to the Orders Section to check your order status.


  • How to cancel an order?

We offer cancellation of orders once payment is made for them( within 24 hours)by asking customers to get in touch with our Customer Care at contact@nayantdecor.com

  • Limitations on cancellations:
  1. No cancellation can be processed for those products which are purchased during special occasions like sale, end of season sale, stock clearance, Diwali etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations, exchanges or refunds are not possible.
  2. Cancellation on customized products and designs are not possible due to the nature of these products.
  3. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report it to our Customer Care the request will however, be serviced once our warehouse has received the item. This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products.


  • What is your return policy?

At NAYANT DÉCOR, we process only exchanges/ replacement and no direct refunds. Permitting the availability of inventory, exchanges can be processed upto 15 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please login to your account and head over to the Orders Section and request a return or exchange. The returned product should be in its original packaging and condition.

  • How do you return?
  1. Reverse pick up from your shipping address. Our reverse pick up facility is available in most locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
  2. Self- ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self- ship the product back to us to reach our Return Department. For all self- shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR100 towards your shipping costs as store credit which can be used for future purchase on our website.

  • What is the return procedure?
  1. Login to My Account, Lead over to Orders Section, you will see a ‘Return’ button beside all eligible orders.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will send you an email authorizing a return. Please print a copy of the email and attach it to the return shipment. We must receive the package within 7 days after sending the authorizing email. You are required to kindly facilitate the handover from your delivery address within 48 hours of receipt of the authorization email and reverse pickup email.
  3. After receiving the package and inspection once approved as an eligible return by our Quality Assurance team, we will ensure that we replace the product. If the product is not available we will issue a store credit in the appropriate amount. Your return issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving the return package from you.
  • What is your refund policy?

In case the replacement product is out of stock, for a prepaid order you will receive a refund to your bank account. Shipping charges and government taxes are not eligible for a refund or store credit. For a COD order, you will receive an online store credit with NAYANT DÉCOR.


  1. The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with NAYANT DECOR.
  2. All items sold during a sale period, end of season sale, clearance sale, or special occasion are not eligible for any return or exchange. Such products are sold as final sale and sold as is.
  3. The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes, bags, tags, boxes, invoices, warrant cards (if any), all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.
  4. The product you’ returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered the return want be processed and the item will be sent back to you.
  5. Products in sets cannot be returned individually.
  6. If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will offer you a refund.
  7. Please note that the products might look different from the ones you see on the website and there might be same variation in color and texture.
